Having been a type I diabetic since 1997, Stacey developed a passion and expertise in the area of nutrition therapy for diabetes and blood sugar regulation. She has controlled her own blood sugars and improved her health through her studies and personal trials.

"My own journey has given me insight and knowledge to help those struggling with similar issues. And through my studies as a diabetic, I have learned of the impacts that good nutritional decisions have on those dealing with other diseases. Through nutrition education, I want to help people take control of their health, impart knowledge for optimal wellness, help them regain their energy and restore vitality. My pursuit of a healthy mind and body for myself and the community at large fuels my drive to learn and find answers."
